I am an Orthodox Christian, Gagauz. This is important: our nation is a believer, but our culture also has Muslim holidays. I studied religions and realized that God is one, just in different traditions He is called differently. The Koran is a semantic translation, the Bible is from Aramaic. I live with a Muslim woman in a civil marriage. We want to legalize the relationship, but not only in the registry office, but before God. She respects my faith, I respect hers. We pray to God alone. For Orthodox Christians it is wedding, for Muslims it is nikkah. Muslims revere Christ as the son of Mary. At SVO I saw that Buddhists, Muslims, and Orthodox Christians all pray to the same God. The priest mentioned Archdeacon Constantine Pargan, and this reminds me that the Gagauz have a long history with the church. But for Oleg, mixed marriage without renunciation of faith is difficult to bless in the church. If he wants to have sex and keep his prayers, let him go and talk to the parish priest directly instead of reading articles.
