Charity event “Lessons of good deeds” in the Church of St. John the Evangelisttranslated

A good deed united the parishioners of the church in the name of the holy Apostle and Evangelist John the Theologian in Krasnoturinsk. As part of the traditional citywide event “Lessons of Good Deeds,” believers provided support to children from needy families.

Particular care was shown to schoolchildren from low-income and large families of the parish. By the beginning of the school year, gift sets with school supplies were prepared for 13 children from 11 families. Among the recipients of assistance was a child with disabilities.

All funds for the purchase of stationery and school supplies were collected by caring parishioners of the church. Thanks to their generosity and responsiveness, the little charges were able to start the school year fully equipped.
