On Wednesday, July 1, 2026, our Church celebrated the memory of Saints and Wonderworkers Anargyros, Cosmas and Damianos. In the Metropolis of Alexandroupolis, the Holy Proscenium Church of Saints Anargyri of the old Joachimios Nursing Home celebrated. On Tuesday afternoon, the Great Solemn Hierarchical Vespers was celebrated with bread, presided over by the Metropolitan of Alexandroupolis, Mr. Anthimos, with the participation of many believers. Before the end of Vespers, the Metropolitan spoke to the congregation about the multifaceted offering of Saints Anargyri to people, pointing out that our physical health is inextricably linked to our mental health and vice versa. Finally, our Pastor wished the Saints Anargyri to protect us and help us in every difficulty that arises in our lives.

On the day of the feast, on Wednesday morning, the solemn Divine Liturgy was celebrated in the celebratory Church, in the presence of the faithful of the city.
