Meeting of the Metropolitan of Veria with the new Board of Directors of the Medical Association of Imathiatranslated

On Monday, July 20, the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Berea, Naoussa and Campania, Mr. Panteleimon, received the new Board of Directors of the Medical Association of Imathia at the Metropolitan Palace of Berea. The Reverend Mr. Panteleimon congratulated the new President Mr. Petros Themelis and the members of the Board of Directors on their election and wished them Saint Luke the Physician to strengthen them and bless their new ministry.

At the same time, he referred to the excellent and time-honored relationship of the local Church with the health agencies of the region and made a special mention of the now established organization of the Medical Week, which takes place every year in the month of June.

For its part, the new Board of Directors thanked the Most Reverend Metropolitan for his paternal wishes and the constructive discussion and emphasized that he will be at the side of the local Church, with a focus on giving and serving people and society.
