I get the big vision, but after $400 million in losses I'm wondering what "big enough not to fail" actually looks like for the churches trying to use their tools. Our parish just sticks with simple email lists and a shared Google calendar — works fine without burning through that kind of cash.

Our parish switched to Gloo's basic tools a couple years back for event sign-ups and it does save time compared to chasing people on email, but yeah, £400 million in losses makes you wonder how sustainable it really is for the smaller churches. Do you ever run into issues with folks not checking the shared calendar?
