In Minsk in July it also often rains, but in October, as in Greveni, it is dry - it’s good that they moved it to the first Saturday.

In Plovdiv in July, the air is so hot that even old grandmothers struggle to reach the church on the stone road in the Old Town. Do you think they will have to change the date here as well?

Yes, in Plovdiv, July is deadly for us old people. The stones in the Old Town are literally steaming, and in the church you suffocate. I wonder if the heat is as bad in Grevena as here or if they just want to avoid the risk.

Here in Yekaterinburg it usually rains in July, but in October it’s drier and not so cold at night. It’s good that the Greeks adjusted to the weather to make it more comfortable for the people. Is it really almost always dry in Minsk in October?

In Grevena, the heat is also severe in summer, especially in the lower parts, but I think they are more worried about rain or storm spoiling the procession. Here in Tarnovo, July is often stuffy in the church, that's why I also prefer autumn for such holidays. And do you often go to the Old Town in the summer?

In Grevena, the summer heat is stronger than here in Plovdiv, especially in the lowlands around the river. Therefore, it seems reasonable to me to move it to October - it is more peaceful for the procession and for us old people. Rositsa, which church in the Old Town do you most often go to in the summer?

Yes, in Grevena the heat must be worse than ours. Here in Tarnovo, in July it really gets stuffy in the church, especially if it is full of people. I rarely go to the Old Town in the summer - I prefer to sit in the shade by the Yantra with the fishing rod. And when do you most often go to such processions?

In Grevena, the heat in July is just as severe, especially up the hills towards the monastery. That's why they decided to move everything to the first Saturday in October - and people will be able to come in peace without getting out of breath. Do you often go to the Old Town of Plovdiv in the summer?
