Great charity concert with Pantelis Thalassinos in the Holy City of Messolonghitranslated

The Holy Diocese of Aetolia and Acarnania and the General Philanthropic Fund are organizing a large and special charity concert, on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 7:30 pm, at the Open Theater of Messolonghi, with the participation of one of the most important and beloved representatives of modern Greek music, Pantelis Thalassinos. The concert is held with the cooperation of the Region of Western Greece, in the context of joint actions to strengthen the charitable structures of the Local Church and support our fellow human beings who face difficulties and need the practical support of all of us.

It is a special musical meeting, which aspires to offer the public a beautiful and special evening, but above all to transform the power of music into a power of giving and solidarity.

The presence of Pantelis Thalassinos in the Holy City of Messolonghi, in a concert with a purely charitable character, gives the evening a special symbolism. Music meets social service and art becomes an occasion to join forces and support people and families who need our help.

We saw that the Mitropolia and Filoptoho Taμēio organize together with the region, exactly as it should be – music to concretely help people.
