Metropolitan Methodios Visits St. George Greek Festival in Lynn

Monday, September 07, 2026 Metropolitan Methodios joined the faithful of St. George Church in Lynn, Massachusetts, for the parish’s annual Greek Festival. His Eminence was welcomed by the parish priest, the Rev. Fr. Alexander Orphanos, along with clergy, parishioners, and volunteers. It’s good that Metropolitan Methodius personally came, greeted the volunteers and thanked the organizers. There are also always a lot of people at the Greek festival in Nizhny, but rarely does such a distinguished guest drop by. Well done to Lynn for keeping the tradition alive.
