Today I read about him in the news. He was a priest in the Moscow Diocese and was martyred in 1937. Here in Zahle, we pray for the Russian martyrs sometimes in the evening prayer. It gives us strength.

I remember Father Michal telling us about these Russian new martyrs at catechesis five years ago. That Voskresenský was a priest in the Moscow eparchy and died in the year 37, exactly as you write. Here in Prešov, we pray for them mainly at the evening meal, it gives a person a lot of strength, you're right.
