It's a pity that everything comes down to public statements. If Iran really stopped shelling the ships, then the tension would subside, or words for words, and tankers are still afraid to go through Hormuz.

Skoda, it’s all just words. Iran has already promised not to clean tankers many times, and then shoots again. If, in truth, Strait of Hormuz had opened up and given guarantees, then naphtha prices would have been adjusted, otherwise there would have been just negotiations.
