The first graduates of Platoni Academitranslated

July 8, 2026 · 1 min read

Another brilliant page was written in the history of the Platoni Academi educational institution, where the knowledge, effort and hope of young people were honored in the most beautiful way. The founder of Platoni Academi His Eminence Metropolitan Antananarivo and Central Madagascar Mr. Ignatios, with paternal love and special emotion, awarded the excellent high school and high school students who completed their studies with the highest grade of 20/20.

His Eminence Metropolitan Mr. Ignatios, with the heart of a father and the vision of a shepherd, continues his work which is a living testimony of love, faith and sacrificial offering.

Congratulations to the first graduates from Platoni Academi, especially those who scored 20/20 - it's a really solid result. Bishop Ignatios is probably as proud as a father, you can see that this school is not only about lessons, but also about real care. I wonder how many of them will stay in Madagascar and what they will do next.

Congratulations to the first graduates! 20/20 is a real result, it’s clear that the children tried. I wonder how many of them will then remain to teach at their school in Madagascar.

Congratulations to the graduates, especially those from 20/20 - it sounds like a real reward for hard work. Bishop Ignatios seems like he treats them like his own children, not just students. I wonder if after such a start, any of them will return to school as a teacher, as you mentioned.

Congratulations to the graduates, especially those who pulled out 20/20 - it's almost a miracle in a place like this. It is clear that Bishop Ignatius really treats them like a father, and not just as disciples. I wonder how many of them will later return to school as teachers, as the girls write.

Congratulations to the first graduates, especially those who pulled out 20/20 - this is rare even in our ordinary schools. It is clear that Bishop Ignatius really treats them like a father, as all the girls write. I wonder if among them there will be future teachers for the same school in Madagascar.

Well done to the guys who got 20/20, that's a rare thing. It seems that Metropolitan Ignatius sees them as his own children, not just students. I also wonder how many of them will later become teachers at the same school.

I agree, 20/20 in such conditions is really rare; it’s clear that the children tried their best. I wonder, Nadezhda, how do you know about this school? Have you been there or are you just following the news from Madagascar?

Thanks for this story. Achieving 20/20 is really rare in Madagascar, the kids did a great job. It is interesting to see how many of them will return to Metropolitan Ignatius as teachers in the same school.

Congratulations guys on 20/20, it's really rare in these conditions. It is clear that Bishop Ignatius is truly invested, like a father. I wonder how many of them will later return as teachers to the same school.

Congratulations too, especially to those from 20/20 - it must be a great joy for Bishop Ignatios. I wonder if among the graduates there are those who want to study theology or medicine, because both things are very lacking in Madagascar. Where do you follow this school from?

I agree, 20/20 doesn't come easily. I liked that Metropolitan Ignatius saw them as a family, it can be seen from the photos. Really, how many years has this school been operating in Madagascar now?

I agree Katerina, 20/20 requires a lot of reading and persistence. From what I've read it's been running since 2012, so around 12 years now. The photos do show that the children see him as a father figure.

Yes, congratulations to those from 20/20 are well deserved. I wonder what they will choose next - medicine would definitely be useful in Madagascar. And I follow the school through a friend from the parish in Antananarivo, who sometimes sends photos.

Yes, congratulations to those from 20/20 who are absolutely spot on. Medicine would indeed be very much needed there, especially since there is a shortage of doctors in many regions in Madagascar. And your friend from the parish in Antananarivo, didn't she ever mention what everyday learning in French and Malagasy is like there?

Yes George, 20/20 doesn't fall from the sky, it really takes persistence. I also saw that the school has been working since 2012 and it is impressive how quickly it produces such graduates. However, in the photos it is clear that the children respect him as a father, not just as a manager.

I agree Elias, the stubbornness can be seen from their faces. I was impressed that since the school started in 2012, it is already producing graduates with 20/20 - it shows serious work. Do you know if they have a program for children who are falling behind?
