On July 20, 2026, the day on which our Church honors the memory of Prophet Helios of Thesvitos, the Holy Church of Prophet Helios of the Municipality of Agia Paraskevi celebrates, according to the following schedule: SUNDAY JULY 19, 2026 (HOLIDAY)

7:00 p.m. Great Solemn Vespers in memory of the Prophet Helios of Thesvitus, the presiding High Priest.

9:00 p.m. Holy Procession of the Holy Icon of the Prophet Helios and the Holy Relics of Saint Catherine and Saints Anargyri, Cosmas and Damianos [via the streets: Prophet Helios, Eptanisos, Patr. Gregory V, Peloponnese, Prophetos Helios, Holy Church.]

MONDAY 20 JULY 2026 (MAY DAY)

7:00-10:00 am Orthros and Solemn Divine Liturgy of the officiating High Priest.

7 p.m. Meteorite Vespers and Prayer of the Prophet Helios

8:30 p.m. Music and Dance Event, & Shadow Theater Performance "A small Damage, a great Saint, Saint Gerasimos the Great Villager" in the forecourt of the Parish Ministry Center.

Thanks for sharing the program. I see that there will be litia with the relics of St. Catherine and St. Anargira, I am especially glad because I had the opportunity to kiss them last year in Athens. Will there be a service after the liturgy on Sunday evening?

Thanks for the program. I especially like that there will be a liturgy with the relics of St. Catherine and St. Cosmas and Damian - the road passes right by the house of one of my cousins in Agia Paraskevi. Will there be something to eat after dinner on Sunday, as Snezhana asks?
