The graduates of the 1992-1996 class of the Faculty of Orthodox Theology "Saint Andrei Șaguna" from Sibiu met again on Thursday three decades after the end of their studies.

The reunion began in the chapel of the Faculty of Theology, where the Holy Liturgy was performed, followed by a memorial service for the teachers and colleagues who passed on to the Lord and a Te Deum of thanksgiving for the benefits received throughout the 30 years of service.

The graduates then met with faculty professors, who recalled their student days and emphasized the importance of keeping in touch with former colleagues.

Also, the former students visited the current premises of the Faculty of Orthodox Theology "St. Andrei Șaguna", recalling the years of preparation for the service of the Church and sharing the experiences accumulated in the pastoral and didactic activity of the last three decades.

"Each of us is also an achievement of our parents, our relatives, our relatives, friends, teachers, professors, educators, teachers, all those who at some point intervened in a certain way in our lives", he said...

It is beautiful to see them meet again after thirty years exactly in the chapel for the Liturgy and the Te Deum. I especially noticed that they prayed for deceased teachers and colleagues, this shows that we do not forget those who trained us. Too bad the article stops in the middle of the quote, I would have liked to read the rest.

Yes, it’s true, this prayer for the deceased also touched me, we feel that the gratitude remains alive. Too bad about the cut quote, I would have liked to know the rest too. Have you ever participated in such an alumni meeting?

Yes, this prayer for the deceased is really what stands out the most in the article. I found it interesting that they then visited the current premises and shared their pastoral experiences; It must be funny to see what has changed in thirty years. Have you ever seen your old nursing training classmates again?

Yes, this prayer for the deceased also touched me, it is what gives weight to these reunions. I never saw my friends from nursing school again, we lost touch after the internship at the Timone hospital and I sometimes wonder what happened to them. Have you kept in touch with some of your classmates in Sibiu?

Yes, this prayer for the deceased really anchors the meeting. For my year in Sibiu, I kept in touch with two or three, especially through the ordinations and baptisms of the children; we still call each other from time to time. And you, have you never wanted to look for your former colleagues on the networks?

Yes, prayer for the deceased really gives weight to these reunions, it puts everything in its rightful place. For my part, I saw two old school friends in Sibiu five years ago during a baptism in Strasbourg, we laughed remembering the patristics lessons with the father who always lost his glasses. And you, have you kept in touch mainly through ordinations or rather through families?
