Panagia Vulkaniotissa in the Holy Metropolis of Glyfadatranslated

The parish of Prophet Ilios in Corbi Varis welcomed, on the afternoon of Thursday, July 16, 2026, the miraculous Holy Icon of Panagia Vulkaniotissa, from the Holy Monastery of Vulkanou, of the Holy Metropolis of Messinia, with great pomp and rapture. The reception took place on Prophet Ilias Street, from where the holy icon was taken in procession to the Holy Church. The Holy Icon was carried by the Archdeacon of the Holy Metropolis of Messinia, Archim. Philippos Hamargias, while we received it with special emotion from the Archdeacon of the Glyfada Metropolis, Archim.
