His Beatitude Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, Mr. On Thursday, July 23, 2026, Cyril welcomed the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatiana Alekseevna Golikova to the Patriarchal and Synodal residence at the Danilov Monastery in Moscow.

In recognition of her contribution to the development of church-state relations on her birthday, the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church awarded Ms. Golikova the Order of Grand Duchess Elizaveta Feodorovna, 2nd degree.
