Makes sense they're fixing it up. Our own parish hall got repainted last summer and it took three weeks longer than they said. Will the saint's icon be moved somewhere else during the work?

Yes, it makes sense for them to fix it. In our church last year they changed the electrical installation and it lasted two months instead of one. Paul's question about the Saint Cosmas icon is a good one – does anyone know where they are going to take it?
