Glory to God. I saw that Metropolitan Varsanofie served in Paragolovo, at the Annunciation church. It's nice when a metropolitan comes to pray with the parishioners there, especially at vespers.

It’s good to see Metropolitan Barsanofie serving right there with the regular parishioners at the Annunciation church in Pargolovo. Vespers always feels more grounded when the bishop is in the middle of it instead of just at big feasts. Thanks for sharing the news, Florin.

It’s nice to hear that, Ruth. I was at that same Vespers last month and the way he stood right there among the grandmothers lighting candles made the whole service feel less formal. Do you go to Pargolovo often or was this a special trip for you?

It’s good to see him there too, Ruth. Our bishop always joins the choir for the last part of the litany at Annunciation, and it changes the whole feel of the service. Have you noticed how the grandmothers start singing louder when he’s right beside them?
