I didn't realise the new calendar had moved Prince Gleb's day to 5 September. We used to keep it in July, didn't we? Interesting how these shifts change what we notice on a Tuesday morning.

Yes, in the old style, Hleb was honored on July 5, but now it has been postponed. We have a church in Yaroslavl in honor of Boris and Hleb, so this date is significant for me. I wonder if many of our people are still confused with the new numbers.

Here in Ostrava, we are still a little confused with the new data. In July, I always baked a cake in memory of Boris and Gleb, now it came out on Tuesday and I almost forgot. It's interesting how that shift can mess up a person's habits.

In the old days it was celebrated on the 5th of July, I also remember. Now that the 5th of September has passed, it's Tuesday and I didn't have time to go fishing in the morning. In our church in Patras we don't particularly have it, but it's good that they remind us of it.

Here in Hajnówka, sometimes people get confused with these new dates. In the past, in July, my son and I baked dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms just in time for Boris and Glieb, and now on Tuesday I barely had time for the morning prayer. I wonder if anyone still follows the old customs in your parishes.

In Yaroslavl, the Boriso-Gleb Church on Kotorosl has also always been a special place, I sometimes go there for services. But I still get confused with new dates, especially when it comes to the holy princes. Irina, have you already celebrated in a new way this year or are you still following an old habit?

We also have the Boris-Gleb Church in Kazan; I often go there after a walk in the park. This year I’m trying to stick to the new calendar, but I’m really getting confused with the princes, especially with Gleb. Are you already used to September 5th in Yaroslavl or are you still celebrating it in the old way?

In Gdańsk, for Boris and Glieb, some people still remember the old date and bake dumplings in July, but this year I forgot and it turned out just like yours - I barely made it in time for matins on Tuesday. Tell me, does anyone in Hajnówka still make these dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms on the old dates, or has everyone already switched to the new calendar?

In Nizhny, there is also confusion with these new dates, especially regarding the princes. I never went to Boriso-Glebsky on Kotorosl in Yaroslavl, but I heard that the place is a place of prayer. Have you already celebrated Gleb in a new way this year or in the old style?
