Romanian Aviation Day was marked at the Monument to the Heroes of the Air in the Capitaltranslated

Romanian Aviation and Air Force Day was marked on Sunday at the Air Heroes Monument in Bucharest with a military and religious ceremony in memory of the airmen's heroes.
During the ceremony, military and civilian aircraft flew over the Air Heroes monument in Aviatorilor Square.
Deputy Prime Minister Oana Gheorghiu and Dragoș Hotea, Secretary of State in the Prime Minister's Chancellery, participated in the event on behalf of the Government. The overflight included aircraft of the Romanian Air Force, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Romanian Intelligence Service and the Romanian Aeroclub.
Romanian and allied aircraft Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft of the Italian Air Force and the British Royal Air Force also participated in the air show.
The Romanian Air Force announced that the program included F-16 Fighting Falcon, C-130 Hercules, C-27J Spartan, AN-30 and IAR-330 aircraft. EC-135 SMURD helicopters, S-70M Black Hawk, a Bombardier Learjet 75 aircraft of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and SA-365 Dauphin helicopters of the Romanian Intelligence Service also flew over the monument.
