On July 6, 2026, on the eve of the celebration of the memory of the holy noble princes Peter and Fevronia and the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, thematic round tables were held at the Borisov Maternity Hospital.

The confessor of the institution, the rector of the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God “Joy of All Who Sorrow” in the village of Gora and the head of the diocesan department for family issues, Priest Anthony Semilet, as well as the psychologist of the maternity hospital Elena Dmitrievna Rusanova, spoke with patients of the gynecological department and young mothers.

The specialists raised important topics of reproductive health and family preservation, and also briefly reminded listeners of the story of Saints Peter and Fevronia - an example of Christian marriage.

Father Anthony's discussion about the true meaning of traditional values ​​and the nature of love evoked a special response from those present.

What are these values? - the priest noted. — From a Christian point of view, the foundation of a healthy family is patience, forgiveness, fidelity and sacrifice.
