Sisterhood of the parish of the Church of the Holy Martyrs Minodora, Metrodora, Nymphodora g.p. Ushachi regularly visits sick people in the Ushachi district hospital. From 2026 – and the nursing department of the Ushachi Central District Hospital.

The summer months are no exception. Sisters and brothers of mercy try to visit sick parishioners of the church, accompany the priest, and several times a month visit the nursing department, which opened in the former infectious diseases department of the hospital.

With the blessing of the dean of the Ushachi church district, Priest Alexander Talerenok, icons were transferred to each ward of the department, and a little later - prayer books and spiritual literature.

The sisters try to encourage the sick who are forced to be away from home. A few warm words, a smile, gifts - and our grandparents feel warmth and attention to themselves.

Also, assistance is regularly provided to low-income citizens, single families, and large families in the form of small food packages and the distribution of clothing, bed linen, and dishes donated by parishioners and residents of the regional center.
