That procession with St. Kyriaki’s relics in Huși looks powerful. Nice to see the kids at Schela Nouă camp too — our parish does something similar every summer and the little ones always come back talking about it for weeks. The blood drive with Patriarch Porfirije is a good reminder that faith shows up in practical ways.

Patriarhul Porfirie face mereu gesturi practice, așa e el.

That procession in Huși really does look powerful. Our parish took a group to venerate St. Kyriaki’s relics a few years back and the quiet reverence from everyone stuck with me. Good point about the blood drive too — reminds me how our men’s group organized one last fall after Divine Liturgy and we had a line out the door.

That procession photo does have a real weight to it. I remember venerating St. Kyriaki’s relics myself at a small chapel in California a couple summers ago — the line moved so slowly because folks kept stopping to pray longer than they planned. Did your men’s group do the blood drive right in the parish hall?
