It’s good they’re reminding everyone that missionary work can’t just be ticking boxes. Archbishop Savva’s point about real service instead of formal duties hits home — our own deanery could use that reminder. Did the Tver guys share anything specific they’re planning to try back here?

Yes, remembering that the service does not have to be just papers and reports is very important. As a nurse, I see every day the difference between someone who works from his heart and someone who just does his homework. Did they mention any practical examples from other dioceses?

Yeah, that line about not letting it turn into just ticking boxes is spot on. Our lads in the garage are the same — you can tell when someone’s actually bothered about the job instead of just clocking in. Did the Tver lads say what they’re actually going to do differently after the webinar?
