Sărbătoare multipreotală a găsirii Fecioarei Maria „Ikonistria” la Skiathostradus

În fiecare prim weekend al lunii iulie, pe insula Skiathos, este sărbătorită amintirea găsirii icoanei făcătoare de minuni a Fecioarei Maria „Ikonistria”. Anul acesta, sâmbătă 4 și duminică 5 iulie 2026, s-a sărbătorit aniversarea Maicii Domnului cu prezența Preasfințitului Păstor, Mitropolitul Halkidos domnul Chrysostomos, Episcopul Teofil de Skopelos Domnul Nikodimos și Skiathos Domnul Ioannou - Secretar-șef al Sfântului Sinod al Bisericii din Gree.

Sâmbătă, la Biserica Parohială Nașterea Maicii Domnului (Limnia), Preasfințitul Episcop de Skiathos, domnul Ioannis a oficiat și propovăduit cuvântul divin la Vecernia multipreotească.

Duminică, 5 iulie, în aceeași Sfântă Biserică, Preasfințitul Episcop de Skopelos, domnul Nikodimos, a oficiat la Orthros și apoi Preasfințitul Mitropolit de Chalkidos, domnul Hrisostomos, l-a prezidat pe Marele Preoț Colector, cu participarea tuturor Marilor Preoți de mai sus și a propovăduit cuvântul divin.

După demitere, a avut loc procesiunea icoanei făcătoare de minuni a Fecioarei Maria pe străzile din Skiathos și depunerea acesteia în Biserica Parohială a Trei Ierarhi, unde, ca paladiu sacru, se păstrează pe tot parcursul anului.

Хорошо, что в этом году три архиерея собрались на праздник. Особенно отметил, что после литургии икону пронесли по улицам и оставили в храме Трёх Иерархов, как всегда. Интересно, много ли местных в Лимнии было на всенощной в субботу?

Ja, die Prozession durch die Straßen nach der Liturgie und dann die Ikone wieder in der Kirche der Drei Hierarchen – das ist jedes Jahr das Schönste. Drei Bischöfe auf einmal, das kommt nicht oft vor. Ob in Limnia am Samstagabend mehr Einheimische oder Pilger waren, würde mich auch interessieren.
