Metropolita Hieronymos: Zaplnil zástupné miesto v dedine Larissapreložené

Reverend metropolita Larissy a Tyrnavos, pán Ieronymos, slúžil v nedeľu 19. júla 2026 ako jednoduchý kňaz v Larissa Revival, aby zaplnil miesto, ktoré tam bolo zástupne. Pred niekoľkými mesiacmi zomrel zbožný a dobrý vikár renesancie, blahoslavený archimandrita Iakovos, ktorý zanechal obec bez vikára. Jeho Eminencia si pochvaľovala, že aj bez kňaza sa samotní obyvatelia starajú o svoj svätý kostol s veľkou usilovnosťou, vďaka čomu kostol Životodarného prameňa žiari čistotou a je plne vyzdobený.

Veľký počet veriacich sa zúčastnil na Božej liturgii, napĺňajúcej kostol, pričom typická bola prítomnosť malých detí a mladých ľudí.

Pastor vo svojej kázni poukázal na teológiu otcov Svätej štvrtej ekumenickej synody, jej doktríny a ich význam pre modernú éru. Vyzýval ľudí, aby považovali pravoslávnu vieru za najcennejšiu vec vo svojom živote a aby si ju ctili životom podľa nej.
