Metropolit Hieronymos: Er besetzte die Stelle als Stellvertreter in einem Dorf in Larissaübersetzt

Der Ehrwürdige Metropolit von Larissa und Tyrnavos, Herr Ieronymos, amtierte am Sonntag, dem 19. Juli 2026, als einfacher Priester bei der Larissa-Erweckung, um dort die freie Stelle als Stellvertreter zu besetzen. Vor einigen Monaten verstarb der fromme und gute Pfarrer der Renaissance, der selige Archimandrit Iakovos, und hinterließ das Dorf ohne Pfarrer. Seine Eminenz lobte die Tatsache, dass sich die Bewohner auch ohne Priester selbst mit großer Sorgfalt um ihre Heilige Kirche kümmern, wodurch die Kirche der lebensspendenden Quelle in Sauberkeit erstrahlt und vollständig dekoriert ist.

Eine große Anzahl von Gläubigen nahm an der göttlichen Liturgie teil und füllte die Kirche, wobei die Anwesenheit kleiner Kinder und Jugendlicher typisch war.

In seiner Predigt verwies der Pfarrer auf die Theologie der Väter der Heiligen Vierten Ökumenischen Synode, ihre Lehren und ihre Bedeutung für die Neuzeit. Er forderte die Menschen auf, den orthodoxen Glauben als das Wertvollste in ihrem Leben zu betrachten und ihn zu ehren, indem sie danach leben.

Unmittelbar im Anschluss an die Göttliche Liturgie veranstaltete der Kirchenvorstand einen Empfang in der Freiluftvilla der Kirche, bei dem Gelegenheit zur weiteren Kontinuität gegeben wurde.
