Στην Ιερά Μονή Νέου Στουδίου για την Κυριακή των Πατέρων ο Ιλίου Αθηναγόρας

Στις 19 Ιουλίου 2026, Κυριακή κατά την οποία η Εκκλησία μας τίμησε την μνήμη των οσίων και θεοφόρων Πατέρων των συγκροτησάντων την Δ’ Οικουμενική Σύνοδο, ο Σεβασμιώτατος Μητροπολίτης Ιλίου, Αχαρνών και Πετρουπόλεως κ. Αθηναγόρας, χοροστάτησε στον Όρθρο και τέλεσε τη θεία Λειτουργία στην Ιερά Μονή Νέου Στουδίου στον Αυλώνα, συμπαραστατούμενος από τους Αρχιμ. Ειρηναίο Μπουσδέκη, Ηγούμενο της Ιεράς Μονής, Αρχιμ. Ιωάννη Ράπτη, Γενικό Αρχιερατικό Επίτροπο της Ιεράς Μητροπόλεως, τον Αρχιμ. Δοσίθεο, αδελφό της Ιεράς Μονής και τον διάκονό του π. Άγγελο Μιχαλόπουλο. Ο Σεβασμιώτατος με αφορμή τον στίχο από το απόσπασμα του Ιερού Ευαγγελίου: «Ὑμεῖς ἐστε τὸ φῶς τοῦ κόσμου» μίλησε δι’ ολίγων για τον τρόπο με τον οποίο τα μέλη της Εκκλησίας – κληρικοί και λαϊκοί – οφείλουν να παρουσιάζουν το φως-διδασκαλία του Χριστού στο κόσμο, έτσι ώστε να μην προβάλλεται το τάλαντο του καθενός μας, αλλά με την διδαχή και το παράδειγμά μας να αφήνουμε χώρο στο «Φως το Αληθινόν», τον Χριστό, να παρηγορεί, να θεραπεύει και να σώζει και τα μέλη της Εκκλησίας μας, αλλά και τους ανθρώπους γύρω μας.

Μετά το μοίρασμα του αντιδώρου προσφέρθηκε στο εξωτερικό αρχονταρίκι της Ιεράς Μονής από τους μοναχούς μικρά…
