The meeting of the Brotherhood of Orthodox Pathfinders ended at Konevetstranslated

On July 10, the closing meeting of the Brotherhood of Orthodox Pathfinders, which took place from July 1 to July 10, took place on Konevets Island.
During the shift, participants passed the standards for pathfinder training, performed obediences on the territory of the Konevsky Monastery, prayed during divine services, arranged camp life, participated in master classes and became acquainted with the history of the island and the monastery.
The abbot of the Konevsky Monastery, Archimandrite Alexander (Arva), and the monastery’s housekeeper, Hieromonk Vasilisk (Voronin), were present at the closing of the meeting. They addressed the young rangers with parting words.
The gathering ended with a traditional farewell bonfire on the shores of Ladoga, at which songs, memories and words of gratitude were sung.
