The Pantocrator Monastery in Teleorman County celebrated its patron saint dedicated to Saint Mary Magdalene on Wednesday.

Numerous pilgrims came to worship the relics of Saint Myronosita Maria Magdalena in the heritage of the monastery and the miracle-working icon of the Mother of God "The Gatekeeper" of the Holy Mount Athos.

Maria MüllerSchön zu sehen, dass so viele Pilger zur heiligen Maria Magdalena gekommen sind, besonders wegen ihrer Reliquien. Die Ikone der „Portărița“ aus dem Athos habe ich auch schon mal bei uns in der Gemeinde auf einem Bild gesehen. Hoffentlich war das Wetter gut in Teleorman.
