Ioana StoicaDa, e cutremurător să citești de 3,7 milioane de copii sub cinci ani în prag de malnutriție. UNICEF zice clar că trebuie investiții urgente în prevenție înainte de sezonul de vârf al foametei, altfel va fi și mai rău. Să vedem dacă ajutoarele ajung la timp, că vorbe bune nu hrănesc pe nimeni.
