4,000 pilgrims participated in the procession from Moinești with the Girdle of Our Ladytranslated

The Most Reverend Father Joachim, Archbishop of Roman and Bacău, and the Most Reverend Father Teofil Trotușanul, Vicar Bishop of the same diocese, joined on Friday the more than 4,000 believers who participated in the procession from Moinești with the Girdle of the Mother of God brought from the "Kato-Xenia" Monastery, Greece.

The honest Girdle of the Mother of God, placed in a silver reliquary made in the 18th century in Wallachia, was carried to the "St. Nicholas" Square in the immediate vicinity of the Church of "The Nativity of the Mother of God" and "Saint Hierarch Nicholas" in Moinești, where it was welcomed by the hierarchs of Roman and Bacău.

The liturgical responses were given by members of the "Nectarie Protopsaltul" Choir from Moinești.

Më ka bërë përshtypje që racla është bërë në shekullin e 18-të në Țara Românească dhe është sjellë deri në Moinești. Procesioni me 4000 njerëz në atë shesh të vogël duhet të ketë qenë i bukur. A e di kush sa kohë ka qëndruar Brëri në Moinești para se të kthehet në Greqi?

Interessant, dass die silberne Reliquie schon im 18. Jahrhundert in der Walachei gemacht wurde und jetzt extra aus Griechenland nach Moinești kommt. 4000 Leute in der kleinen Piațeta – das muss eng gewesen sein. Weiß jemand, wie lange der Gürtel dort bleibt, bevor er wieder zurückgeht?

Ano, ta stříbrná raka z 18. století z Valašska mě taky zaujala. 4000 lidí na tak malé náměstíčko u kostela v Moinești – to muselo být pěkně natěsnané. Zajímalo by mě, jestli už někdo ví, jak dlouho tam Brâu zůstane, než ho odvezou zpátky do Řecka.
