On September 7, a fair organized by the council of student associations of the university was held in the foyer of the main building of the Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University. The fair featured sites from various university associations.

The site from the Orthodox youth club “Simbirsk” was presented by the head of the department for work with youth of the Simbirsk diocese Sergei Nikolaev and student participants of the club. They told UlSPU students about the activities of the Simbirsk Orthodox Youth movement and the Orthodox youth club at the university. A quiz was organized for students with gifts for correct answers. Everyone could take small icons and missionary booklets with information about the basics of the Orthodox faith.

After a summer break, meetings of the Orthodox youth club “Simbirsk” at UlSPU will resume on September 9.

Well done with the quiz and giveaways, it always attracts the students. My wife and I took one such booklet last year from a similar table in Ruse and it turned out to be useful. I am glad that the meetings start again from the 9th, I hope more young people will come.

They did well with that quiz and the icons, something like that stays in the mind. I read that from September 9, the meetings will resume at "Симбирскъ" - I hope more students will come, especially since it is a pedagogical university. And we at Constanța try to keep young people close with simple things, not just with words.

They did well to organize a quiz and put small icons. My oldest son works as a school teacher and he says that simple things like this get the most out of young people. It's good that the club starts again on September 9, I hope many students will come.

Glad the quiz worked, Boris. My wife and I also took such a booklet two years ago from the fair in Plovdiv, then we read it at the table in the evening. And do you go to the meetings in Ruse or just pass by the tables?
