Vespers in the Marine Cathedraltranslated
On September 19, before the Sixteenth Week after Pentecost and preceding the Exaltation of the Cross, Archbishop Feodor of Peteropavlovsk and Kamchatka presided over vespers in the Marine Cathedral of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. His Eminence was served by Hieromonk Nestor (Smirnov), Hieromonk John (Zaytsev), and Hierodeacon Paul (Mironov).
During the divine service, the choir of the Marine Cathedral sang. At vespers, Archbishop Feodor performed the litia with the blessing of five loaves, wheat, wine, and oil. After the reading of the Gospel at matins, Archbishop Feodor anointed the faithful with blessed oil.
