"Orthodox Words for Justice": Homily of Metropolitan Epiphanius of Mantinea and Kythiratranslated

With special interest, on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at the Municipal Library of Tripolis, the event of the Tripolis Advocates' Society took place with the theme "Orthodox Words for Justice." The event was introduced by the President of the Tripolis Advocates' Society, Mr. Panagiotis D. Giannikos, while the speaker was Mrs. Basilica P. Dimitri, an advocate at the Areopagus. The keynote speaker was the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Mantinea and Kythira, His Eminence Epiphanius.
"Behind the Advocacy, the Human Person" His Eminence developed the topic "Behind the Advocacy, the Human Person: The Judge and the Advocate as Ministers of Justice and Love," placing the human person at the center of his lecture.
At the beginning of his homily, His Eminence called the audience to imagine what a person encounters when passing through the door of a courtroom: "When this door opens, will we meet only a case, or will we recognize a face?"
