America as an “amusement park of freedom” is accurately noted, but without God there is still only vanity. Here in Russia, too, many people seek peace in their careers and families, but find only fatigue. It’s good that at the end of the article they remind you about rest in God - this is the most important thing.

Yeah, that "liberty theme park" line stuck with me too. We chase the next ride—better job, bigger house, perfect family—and still feel wiped out by Sunday. The article's right: real rest only comes when you actually stop and sit with God, like Lincoln pointing us back to something bigger than the thrill.
