Kydonias Titos: Youth is what can change the world for the bettertranslated

With feelings of special joy and paternal love, the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Kydonia and Apokoronou, Mr. Titos, welcomed on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, in the Holy Metropolis, the teenage water polo team of the Navy Club of Chania, which won the silver medal in the Panhellenic Championship, giving another important Panhellenic distinction to Chania sports. The delegation was accompanied by the president of the Chania Nautical Club, Mr. Theodoros Nikolaidis, the coach of the teenage team, Mr. Giorgos Katsoulakis, the coach of the children's department, Mr. Manthos Voulgarakis, as well as the president of the Water Polo Parents and Guardians Association of NO Chania, Mrs. Konstantina Paterakis.

His Eminence warmly congratulated the athletes, coaches, administration and their families for their success, pointing out that this distinction is the fruit of persistent effort, cooperation and proper education.
