The Metropolitan of Accra on the 74th National Anniversary of the Arab Republic of Egypttranslated
On Friday, July 24, 2026, His Eminence the Metropolitan of Accra Mr. Daniel attended the official reception hosted by the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Ghana, on the occasion of the celebration of the country's 74th National Anniversary, in response to the kind invitation of A.E. of the Ambassador Mr. Wael Fathy. During the event, His Excellency met and exchanged greetings with Ambassadors, High Commissioners, Consuls and other representatives of the diplomatic community in Ghana, in a climate of mutual respect and constructive cooperation.
His presence highlighted the timeless ties of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Alexandria and all Africa with the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as the importance of peaceful coexistence, cooperation and dialogue between peoples.
