Corfu: Divine Liturgy for the children of the campstranslated

On the weekend of July 18 and 19, 2026, the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Corfu, Paxos and the Diapontian Islands, Mr. Nektarios, went to the camps of the Holy Metropolis in Kassiopi, North Corfu, which were completely renovated, thanks to his many years of efforts and care, in order to be close to the children of the 3rd camp period, the which hosts high school boys. During his pastoral visit he had the opportunity to communicate with them, closely monitor the camp program, strengthen the campers spiritually and address them with fatherly words of edification and love.

The leader of the camp period is His Eminence Archimandrite Dositheos Papamitros, Preacher of the Holy Metropolis and educator, who is flanked by the deputy leader Mr. Spyridon Vassiliadis, as well as by a group of executives, educators and experienced collaborators, who with a sense of responsibility and love minister to the children every day, contributing to the creation of a creative and safe camping environment.
