The Village Church will be celebrated in Tsarigrad on September 12: program of events

In the village of Tsarigrad, Drochievo district, on September 12, the Village Church will be held. Sports competitions, entertainment for children, a concert, folk dances and fireworks were prepared for residents and guests. The program of the holiday was published by the mayor's office of Tsarigrad.

During the day there will be sports competitions and entertainment for children.

The festive program will begin at 12:00 with the Tsarigrad Village Volleyball Cup. Four teams will take part in the competition. The matches will take place on the sports ground in the center of the village.

The entertainment area will open for children at 12:30.

At 13:00 the competition in the traditional trynt fight for a rooster will begin. Participants will be divided into two age categories.

At 14:00 there will be a competition in the traditional trynt fight for a ram.

In the evening there will be a concert and “Village Choir”

The festive concert will begin at 18:00. Children and young performers from Tsarigrad, the dance ensemble “Inspirație” and the folk ensemble “Frunze de dor” of the local House of Culture will perform for the audience.
