The Most Reverend Father Damaschin Dorneanul, Vicar Bishop of the Archdiocese of Suceava and Rădăuți, on Thursday blessed the start of the new edition of the "Putnei Colloquiums" history symposium, officiating a Te Deum together with Archim.
