Porfirios zo Srbska vojenským kadetom: „Viera nie je hrdinský čin“preložené

V deň sviatku svätých apoštolov Petra a Pavla, v nedeľu 12. júla 2026, slávil srbský patriarcha pán Porfirios Božskú liturgiu vo Svätom kostole Agios Savvas vo Vratsare za modlitbovej účasti kadetov Vojenskej akadémie a Vojenskej lekárskej akadémie. Konkrétne sa Božskej liturgie zúčastnili končiaci kadeti 147. ročníka Vojenskej akadémie a 12. ročníka Lekárskej fakulty Vojenskej lekárskej akadémie a prijali požehnanie Jeho Blaženosti.

Po prečítaní evanjeliového úryvku o uzdravení ochrnutého srbský patriarcha vo svojom príhovore zdôraznil, že "Viera nie je osobným hrdinským činom nikoho z nás jednotlivo, ani zárukou, že nás Boh bude milovať a že nás spozná ako svoje deti. Naša viera je zachraňujúca, naša viera je uzdravujúca, pretože je to viera Cirkvi, pretože je to viera komunity, nikto nemôže povedať, že jeho blížny a svätý potrebuje pre každého dostatočnú podporu. Pavol nám to pripomína, keď hovorí: „Neste si navzájom bremená“.
