Several parishes from Dâmboviţa donated an air conditioner for the patients of a psychiatric wardtranslated

The parishioners of Protoieria Târgoviște Nord donated an air conditioner on Monday for the patients of the Chronic Psychiatry Department of the Târgoviște County Emergency Hospital.

The action took place within the diocesan program to support social institutions in Dâmbovița county, initiated by His Eminence Father Nifon, Archbishop of Târgoviște.

The "Holy Great Martyr Pantelimon" Chapel and the parishes of Dragodănești, Râncaciov, "Saints Archangels Michael and Gabriel", "Saint John the Golden Mouth" and "Saints Emperors Constantine and Elena" were involved in the philanthropic activity.

Support for vulnerable people Servant priests and young people from the parish committees participated in the action. The support offered is aimed at improving the care conditions for people hospitalized in the Chronic Psychiatry Department.

The action highlighted the involvement of parish communities in supporting people in distress.
