This article seems a bit one sided to me. The UN accuses India of discriminating against Christians and Muslims, but says nothing about how Christians themselves are persecuted there with attacks on churches and villages. Who ultimately controls these committees?

Yes, something is not right here. The UN shouts about the discrimination of Muslims and Christians, but not a word about how churches are burned every year in Odisha or how villages in Manipur are attacked. Who then actually forms these reports?
