Happy birthday to bishop Teodoro, may God give him health. It is nice that the governor personally congratulated, it shows that the Church in Volgograd is still respected.

I agree, Milice, it's nice when the authorities show respect for the bishop. I also heard that Metropolitan Theodore is working hard to restore the churches in Volgograd, so he really needs health. May God give him many more years.
