Hear, people of God, the law of the living God, incline your ear to the words of the Savior Christ, do not forget the mercy and bounty and beloved of His Mother, the Most Blessed Ever-Virgin Mary, open your lips and hearts to Her praises, proclaim from generation to generation Her praises, powers and miracles, put Her glorious name as a sign or seal on your hearts: just as kokosh, She covers us all with the cry of Her robes. Rejoice, Most Holy Theotokos, Ever-Virgin Mary, from You the King of kings and the Lord of lords receive the flesh as you please, You are an intercessor between God and men, heaven and earth are reconciled by Your blessed fruit; intercede with God, the lover of mankind, for forgiveness of my sins, so that with all my heart I will love and glorify Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, and You, the much-merciful Mother, now and forever and ever. Madam! My free sins and unclean spirits came into the holy church of my soul and devastated it with my boldness; Alas! I weep with Jeremiah and my tears are on my cheeks: how dark is the gold of my faith? How has the silver of love for sweet Jesus changed? How did the acquisitions of Christian shrines crumble? Alas!
