(Eph. 1:22–2:3; Mark 10, 46–52) The blind man of Jericho, learning that the Lord was passing by, raised his voice. His cry reached the Lord; nothing surrounding the Lord could interfere with this hearing, and the Lord, calling the blind man, restored his sight. And at every time and in every place the Lord does not just pass by, but is present; He rules the whole world. Judging by man, it means He has a lot of worries; Moreover, hosts of angels surround Him with their praises. But if you manage to raise your voice, like the blind man of Jericho, nothing will stop your cry from reaching the Lord; He will hear and fulfill your request. It's not up to the Lord; and He Himself is near, and everything you need is already ready with Him; the stop is behind you. Manage to raise your voice to the extent of hearing the Lord and you will immediately receive everything. What kind of measure is this? Faith, hope, devotion to the will of God. But these measures also have their own measures. What should these measures be? Ask someone who prayed and received what he asked for; he will tell you: “I prayed for this and that, and received what I asked; Now I need this and that, I pray and don’t receive it, and I know why: because I just can’t reach the level of prayer that I had before.” It turns out that this measure cannot be determined with literal accuracy.
