About the prohibition of students of civil law from observing the pagan customs of their schools.
Students of civil laws should not follow pagan customs: going to theaters, or holding so-called kilistras, or dressing in clothes unusual for everyone - neither at the time they begin their studies, nor at the time they finish them, nor during the entire course of this study. If anyone from now on dares to do this, let him be excommunicated.
