About penance for monks who violated the vow of virginity.
A monk convicted of fornication or bringing a woman for marriage and cohabitation will be subject to penances prescribed according to the rules for fornicators.

Μοναχὸς ἐπὶ πορνείᾳ ἁλοῦς, ἢ πρὸς γάμου κοινωνίαν, καὶ συμβίωσιν γυναῖκα ἀγόμενος, τοῖς τῶν πορνευόντων ἐπιτιμίοις κατὰ τοὺς κανόνας ὑποβληθήσεται.
