On the prohibition for clergy to move from one diocese to another.
Due to many confusions and disagreements, it was decided to completely abolish the custom, which arose in some places contrary to the apostolic rule, so that no bishop, no presbyter, no deacon would move from city to city. If anyone, after this determination of the holy and great Council, does something similar or allows something like this to be done to himself, what he has done will be completely invalid, and the one who has transferred will be returned to the church in which he was ordained a bishop or presbyter.
