On the prohibition of the diaconal ministry, “those who have sinned in body.”
In the same way, if a deacon falls into the same sin, let him have the rank of minister.

Ὁμοίως καὶ διάκονος, ἐὰν τῷ αὐτῷ ἁμαρτήματι περιπέσῃ, τὴν τοῦ ὑπηρέτου τάξιν ἐχέτω.
